Looking for an HR Business Partner who can influence, coach, and partner with leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams across a growing organization. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, serving as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
  • Support and execute talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and coaching to build high-performing teams
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, engagement, and belonging through programs, surveys, and recognition initiatives
  • Deliver core HR functions including performance management, compensation, employee development, and organizational effectiveness strategies
  • Manage employee relations matters with a balanced, thoughtful approach while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and provide insights on engagement, retention, and organizational health
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects and process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall employee experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role
  • Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt employee populations
  • Strong background across core HR disciplines including talent management, organizational design, compensation, compliance, and engagement
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and guide leaders through change and organizational growth
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into business outcomes
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
  • Willingness to travel occasionally based on business needs
