About the Role: As a Registered Dietitian at Richboro Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for our residents, taking into account their medical history, dietary restrictions, and individual needs
- Conducting nutritional assessments and providing guidance to our care teams on resident nutritional care
- Collaborating with our healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the resident's overall health and well-being
- Educating residents, their families, and our care teams on proper nutrition and meal planning
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest quality of care and services
- Conduct nutritional assessments and provide guidance to care teams
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Educate residents, families, and care teams on proper nutrition and meal planning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident nutrition plans and assessments
- Bachelor's degree in dietetics, nutrition, or a related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
