Instant Offer Furniture makes quality pre-owned furniture affordable and easy to shop. We buy furniture directly from consumers and retail partners and resell it through our local showrooms and online store.

We’re looking for a creative, proactive freelance marketer to grow awareness of our Tempe showroom and drive customer inquiries, store visits, and sales.

\n

\n

About the Role

\n

You’ll own our local content, social media, Meta advertising, and partnership outreach. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content and turning that attention into measurable business results.

\n

You’ll regularly visit the showroom to capture fresh inventory, furniture deals, and the shopping experience. Editing, campaign management, and outreach can be completed remotely.

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

Content and social media:

\n

\n
• Plan, film, and edit short-form videos showcasing furniture, new arrivals, customer experiences, and our team.
\n
• Manage our local presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
\n
• Maintain a content calendar targeting three original reels and two additional posts per week, plus stories on five days per week.
\n
• Write captions and calls to action that encourage inquiries and showroom visits.
\n
• Monitor comments and messages and coordinate customer inquiries with the sales team.
\n

Paid advertising:

\n

\n
• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
\n
• Test creative, audiences, and offers within an agreed budget.
\n
• Track campaign performance and recommend ways to improve results.
\n

\n

Local partnerships:

\n

\n
• Build relationships with apartment communities, real estate agents, interior designers, relocation businesses, and local creators.
\n
• Conduct at least five targeted partnership outreaches per week and manage follow-up.
\n
• Develop referral opportunities, collaborations, and local promotions that bring new shoppers into the showroom.
\n

Reporting:

\n

\n
• Provide a brief weekly update covering content, advertising results, partnership activity, and next steps.
\n
• Help establish practical ways to track marketing-driven inquiries, showroom visits, and sales.
\n

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Based in the Phoenix area and available for approximately two showroom visits per week.
\n
• A portfolio demonstrating strong short-form video and social content.
\n
• Experience managing business social media accounts and Meta advertising campaigns.
\n
• Comfortable handling content from initial concept through filming, editing, and publishing.
\n
• Strong writing, communication, organization, and follow-through.
\n
• Able to work independently and bring new ideas.
\n
• Experience marketing a retail or local business is a plus.
\n

Engagement Details

\n

This is an ongoing freelance contract opportunity with an initial 60-day engagement and the potential to continue. Deliverables and scope will be agreed upon before starting. Advertising spend is funded separately from compensation.
