Flexible schedules for work/life balance Position Profile Coordinates employee onboarding activities to support a seamless new hire experience and effective hiring process. This role manages pre-employment requirements, onboarding documentation, HR orientation logistics, system data entry, and compliance-related processes. Serves as a resource to applicants, new hires, managers, and internal partners while ensuring timely communication, accurate records, and a positive candidate and employee experience. Key Responsibilities Serves as a resource for new hires throughout the onboarding process. Coordinates weekly HR orientations. Greets department visitors and answers calls. Maintains and enhances professional skills. Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct. Minimum Qualifications Minimum two years progressive administrative support experience. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully. Ability to manage time well, meet deadlines and perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy and follow-through. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-starter. Ability to deal with personal and confidential information in a professional manner.
