Our wait staff team members perform all duties associated with setting up and working on a trayline, serving food to residents, washing dishes and/or pots and pans, bussing dishes, prepping food, such as salads, desserts, garnishes and/or maintaining cleanliness of food and dining room areas.Wage range: $16-$18/hr depending on experienceFull Time Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7am-4pm (occasional w/ends).We offer convenient hours of work- supportive management and competitive pay!Work DutiesGreets residents and guests promptly as they arriveInforms guests of daily specials, makes recommendations;Completes bussing, runner, meal plater, utility and catering duties as needed or assigned;Refills beverages throughout the meal serviceKeeps alert to resident requests and special needs; assists residents with plates or trays;To be successful in the role, you would have:Prior customer service experiencePrior food service, fast food or restaurant experiencePrior experience working with seniors (preferred)Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification (preferred)Availability that might include weekends, & holidaysWhat's in it for you?
