The Phlebotomist will interpret orders, perform venipuncture, ensure correct tube types, and maintain patient safety and specimen integrity. You will follow safety guidelines, use LIS/HIS systems, label tubes, assist nursing staff, and provide quality customer service per AIDET standards.
