Support alignment across teams by clarifying requirements, identifying potential blockers, and proposing well-reasoned solutions.Manage key stakeholder relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external partners, presenting solutions that align with broader business goals. Be a natural relationship builder and clear communicator.Operationalize products: Oversee the roll-out of technical solutions to the marketplace, ensuring performance, reliability and consumer adoption achieve agreed upon outcomes.Drive technical excellence: Collaborate with engineering teams to make informed trade-offs and support scalable, secure product development. Here's what else you'll bring:8+ years of program management experience, with a strong emphasis on technical platforms and service tools.Demonstrated success in building and launching complex digital experiences enjoyed by millions of people around the world.Experienced with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, and project reporting dashboards.Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) and eager to integrate them into your workflowAutomotive experience is a plus but not required.Technical Expertise:Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies.Experience with enterprise-level systems such as CRM, ERP, or service management platforms.Skills:Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders.Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to keep programs on track.Support frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or SAFe to drive continuous improvement and delivery efficiency.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.The benefits of joining Scout include the chance to build products and a company from the ground up.
