Solutions Architect - Customer Solutions & Roadmaps
Tom McLeod Software Corp
McLeod Software in Birmingham, AL seeks an ECS Solutions Architect to align the core software with client business processes, lead BPRs, and guide roadmaps. You will document gaps, craft solutions, and mentor Business Analysts within our SDLC.
You will work with customers and internal teams to produce scope estimates, define user stories, support upgrades, and stay current on product developments to minimize customizations.
