What you’ll do Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check‑in and checkout process. Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, taking detailed notes, and providing accurate time estimates for next steps. Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options. Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers. Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses. Communicate clearly and collaborate with fellow agents. Qualifications 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
