Building Automation Project Manager

Recruiting Instructions:

-All candidates must be able to commute daily to Lancaster, PA. Opportunity to work remote on occasion.

-Must have 5+years of Building Automation / HVAC Controls experience and 3+ years of Building Automation Project Management experience.

-Budgeting, Scheduling, and Revenue Forecasting a must

-Max Base Salary will be 130K + 15% bonus

Position will concentrate primarily on the business side of managing projects such client communication, managing technicians and subs, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting.
