$1485 - $1605/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm, 8-hour shifts

Outpatient physical therapy setting

Skills required assessment, adaptive devices, AROM/AAROM/PROM

Pain assessment and assistive device experience required

Identifying environmental barriers and body mechanics skills needed

Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required

BLS certification required
