Drive Your Own Success: You'll proactively generate new opportunities through networking, prospecting, community involvement, and participation in industry events. Own Your Pipeline: You'll manage your loan pipeline with accuracy, urgency, and attention to quality, ensuring consistent and reliable production. Leverage Technology for Smart Decisions: You'll use automated underwriting systems (AUS) to assess loan scenarios, identify opportunities, and resolve potential issues. Collaborate for Smooth Closings: You'll partner closely with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure loans move efficiently from application to funding. Negotiate with Purpose: You'll structure and negotiate loan terms that align with member needs, BECU guidelines, and regulatory standards. Stay Compliant and Accountable: You'll maintain full compliance with all federal, state, investor, and SAFE Act requirements, including MLO registration. Protect and Strengthen Member Relationships: You'll uphold BECU's credit and risk standards while identifying opportunities to connect members with additional BECU products and services.
