Bilingual Insurance Interviewer

Completing life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone, the full-time Bilingual Insurance Interviewer will work remotely, placing outbound calls and gathering applicant information for multiple client companies. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to life insurance applicants, completing interviews or leaving messages for callbacks Gather and review medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interviews for quality assurance Utilize call management systems to log calls, document information, and ensure compliance with client requirements Required qualifications Bilingual proficiency is required High school diploma or equivalent Experience with telephone interviewing or customer service is preferred Familiarity with call management systems is a plus Ability to work a full-time schedule from 10am to 7pm CST, including Saturdays Virtual Vocations Inc
