Lead Project Construction and EPC Planner & Scheduler

Role Description

Join our Innovators and Energy Drivers as a Project Specialist to complement our Heavy Duty New Unit Project Teams.

In this role, you'll drive the continuous improvement of Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling processes, including:

• Development and maintenance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Execution of critical path analysis

Responsibilities include:

• Providing scheduling leadership for complex Equipment Only (EO) and Engineering, Equipment & Procurement (EEP) projects, as well as Turnkey (TK) projects supporting the PMO.
• Developing and maintaining integrated L2/L3 project schedules for a medium portfolio of projects to support project reporting and on-time delivery analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• 5 years experience in Project Control Planning & Scheduling function within an EPC environment.
• 3 years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6 or equivalent project, program and portfolio management tools.

Requirements

• Experience in Extension of time claims / forensic planning.
• Knowledge of power plant principles and work processes of EPC environments.
• Site Scheduling exposure.
• Resources loading in P6 schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open for travel up to 10%.
