Contents Crew Chief – Fire Restoration Leadership Role | Hands-On Work Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Day Shift) $18–$25/hr

What You'll Do

• Lead documentation & packing on fire jobs
• Use an iPad to track, photograph, and assess items
• Decide salvageable vs. non-salvageable
• Manage a 2–3 person team
• Keep projects organized and on schedule

What You Need

• Detail-oriented & organized
• Comfortable with technology (iPad/apps)
• Strong communication & leadership
• Able to lift 50 lbs (100 lbs with help)
• Valid driver's license + pass background check
• No experience required – we train

• Work inside fire-damaged homes (smoke/soot)
