General duties include setup, operation, and adjustment of CNC and manual machine tools.Responsible for producing quality products per the build scheduleGather materials and set-up CNC or manual equipment.Maintain quality of products produced according to department standards and visual or dimensional specifications.Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.Meet productivity standards.Record and maintain quality or traceability information.Record and maintain Cell Boards and other visual management toolsMaintain equipment according to work instructions or preventive maintenance tasks.Report complicated equipment malfunctions to mechanics.Participate in team meetings, which include planning daily work and resource utilization, problem solving, project work, etc.Maintain visual management of part and raw material storage; clean and organized work area.Assist in problem solving of new equipment and products.The essential requirements of the job include:Ability to follow standard operating procedures with a moderate amount of supervisionHas developed skills through formal training or considerable work experienceRecognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established optionsHach is proud to part of the Water Quality segment of Veralto, a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.The compensation range for this role is $20.90 - $22.99 USD per hour.
