What You'll Do

• Provide primarily medical treatment for adult patients, including sore throats, rashes, diabetics, and other medical issues (not behavioral health)
• Support inpatient care and rounding on 20-bed adult units
• Conduct medical consultations and assist in Emergency Department coverage as needed
• Collaborate with mid-level providers, social workers, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in team meetings and follow established clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards

What You Need

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts or ability to credential
• Minimum 1 year of experience in adult internal medicine or equivalent
• Ability to provide full-time on-site coverage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in hospital or inpatient settings
• Familiarity with consultative and emergency coverage roles
