Project: Build Medical / Care Management platform, providing market-leading solution for Utilization Mgmt., Prior Authorization, Case & Disease Management and Concurrent Review.

Primary Responsibilities
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience in systems analysis / project management type roles
- Ability to look beyond the day to day process. Should have a zeal to add value to the organization
- Experience with ETL/data migration (Informatica, Azure Data Factory)
- 5+ years of experience in SQL
- Experience with Unix Shell, PowerShell, Python is a plus
- Experience with Postman/API is a plus
- Experience in agile methodologies (Kanban and SCRUM)
- Deep experience supporting critically important applications quickly
- Understanding of REST concept, Java 8 capabilities, lambda, streams and functional interfaces, Spring modules
- Experience with GIT and/or stash
- Experience with Jenkins build & code-deployment procedures, Maven modules
- Exposure to maintaining and creating Ctrl-M jobs
- Exposure to Cloud/DevOps technologies – Azure is a plus

- The Lead Systems Analyst on the FHB Implementations team must coordinate a wide variety of responsibilities among associates to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

- Effective stakeholder management and ability to work collaboratively with other functional groups
- Understands business challenges and translates them to business solutions
- Flexible to prioritize and deliver on multiple business priorities simultaneously
- Superior client facing capabilities to areas such as consulting with the client, appropriate assessment of client needs, understanding client needs, and application within the Volume Submitter framework.
- Broad knowledge of client services and business functions
- Experience with creating and executing SQL
- Expertise and proficiency in health benefit administration
Required Skills: Basic Qualification: Additional Skills: The client is looking for the candidate who has a strong ground on SQL and ETL/Informatica and Data migration with 6-7 years of experience.
