You will start with consultations, walk clients through their options, and explain solutions clearly. Instead of pushing for a sale, you will focus on building trust and helping people feel confident in their choices. By the end of the day, you'll have not only made sales but also built relationships that keep clients coming back.YOU'LL WORK THESE HOURS AS OUR SALES SPECIALIST - ARBORISTThis is a full-time position. You will start at 7:30 a.m. and usually finish between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m., depending on the route.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Experience with in-home sales (not B2B) with comfort entering people's homes and building rapportExperience selling big-ticket items in the $1,000 – $20,000 range, such as flooring, tile, solar, or carsPeople-first mindset with the ability to sell through trust, care, and genuine connectionStrong communication and presentation skillsIntegrity and professionalism, with a focus on selling the right solution rather than making a quick saleTHIS COULD BE THE START OF SOMETHING GREAT!Our 3-minute, mobile-friendly initial application makes it quick and easy to get started.
