Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Insurance Customer care team representative. State Farm Agent Team Member. Active Property and Casualty license is required. This is a hybrid position that requires employee to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30-5 pm and work full day from home Monday and Fridays.

Only candidates that meet the following criteria will be considered:

1. MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE

2. Must be able to commute to our Boulder, CO office location on Tues, Weds and Thurs

3.Sales Experience

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly Insurance Quotes and customer service.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

• Property & Casualty license (required)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
