Assist team with day-to-day supervision of dining room service and staff Duties And Responsibilities Plan and conduct a daily pre-service meeting. Review reservations, create floor plan, assign sections to servers, arrange tables for reservations. Leads by example, while working directly alongside staff. Assist with training FOH staff and reinforcing PCC service standards. Assign and check daily server-side work. Visits tables, practices attentive listening and utilizes thoughtful problem-solving skills to resolve member and staff issues. Communicates any issues regarding food quality and service to Dining Manager. Supports multiple dining venues as assigned and assists with service coverage based on business needs. Qualifications And Requirements One year supervisory or management experience in full-service dining preferred. Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card. Arizona “Title 4” Alcohol Service Card.
