About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President (or Assistant Vice President) for Treasury Reporting & Analytics. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing, building, and scaling the team's reporting, analytics, automation, and decision-support capabilities. This hands-on role is pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable insights, scalable reporting frameworks, and AI-enabled analytical solutions. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical tools, as well as automating and enhancing reporting processes. The role also involves data governance, data management, and collaborating with various internal and external partners to ensure the firm's financing goals are met. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data management, preferably within the financial services sector. Advanced skills in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and experience with AI tools are essential. The role requires a strong background in financial analysis, technical communication, and a deep understanding of cash and liquidity management, pre-trade, and debt compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of stakeholder collaboration, the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and a passion for working in a dynamic, office-based environment.
