About the Company

We are currently seeking high-performing, experienced Medical and Pharmaceutical Sales Professionals to join our clients' growing teams in the Columbus, Ohio area. These are field-based, W-2 positions designed for self-motivated individuals who thrive on building relationships and driving clinical outcomes. Note: This is a true "field" role. You are not working from home; you are working directly in your territory, visiting hospitals, clinics, and private practices.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Execute a strategic sales plan to maximize market penetration and achieve or exceed sales objectives within the Columbus territory.
• Relationship Building: Act as the primary liaison between our client and key healthcare stakeholders, including physicians, surgeons, hospital staff, and pharmacy administrators.
• Clinical Education: Present technical product information, clinical evidence, and product benefits to healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making.
• Consultative Sales: Develop deep expertise in your assigned therapeutic area or device category to provide value-added solutions that improve patient care.
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all pharmaceutical and medical industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Must currently be working in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience Level: 1–5 years of proven, successful field sales experience.
• Location: Must reside in the Columbus, Ohio area.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex clinical data clearly.
• Results-Oriented: A demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas and managing a territory independently.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to utilize CRM software for call reporting and territory management.

Pay range and compensation package

• Target First-Year Income: Approximately $150,000 (Base + Commission structure).
• Employment Status: Full-time, W-2 positions.
• Travel Support: All positions include either a company car package or a company vehicle allowance, depending on the specific client and opening.
