Greystar is seeking a Leasing Marketing Coordinator to drive occupancy and revenue for a multifamily community. You will manage leasing activities, tours, applications, screenings, and move-in packages, while coordinating with maintenance and on-site teams. The role requires implementing marketing plans, digital outreach, and tracking traffic with OneSite/Yardi to boost occupancy.
