What we are looking for in a Housekeeper: Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead frequently. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull cleaning carts and equipment. Manual dexterity to operate cleaning tools and equipment. Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to cleaning chemicals and outdoor elements. Ability to tolerate noise levels typical of a hospitality environment.
