Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

In the lease-purchase flatbed role you'll haul and secure flatbed freight, complete inspections, and advance toward ownership through our one-year lease-to-own program. Pay structure awards 80% of gross with average weekly gross earnings of $7,500–$10,000.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely transport and properly secure flatbed loads to destination.
• Perform pre/post-trip and equipment inspections and keep accurate logs.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customers to uphold schedules.

You’ll operate late-model 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner equipment and benefit from a pet & rider-friendly policy, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive.
