Physical Therapist – Outpatient Pediatrics

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 5x8-Hour Shifts (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a pediatric and infant patient population
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and clinical findings using Epic electronic health record system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and state licensure requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California Physical Therapist license (must be in hand at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Experience working with pediatric and infant populations is required
• Current BLS certification
• LA fire card obtained within the last 30 days
• Must disclose any license or background hits at time of submission; no open license hits will be approved

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records charting
• Ability to float between facilities within the state as needed
