Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with 1-2+ years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience for a 13-week travel contract in Lake Havasu City, AZ.

Details

• Cardiac Cath Lab department at a 171-bed Joint Commission accredited community hospital and regional referral center
• Level III Trauma Center and Certified Chest Pain Center
• Required skills include Cardiac Cath Lab, IR, Impella, IABP, PCI, and atherectomy procedures
• Day shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Call shifts required, with a minimum of 10-12 call shifts per month, including up to two weekend call shifts per month
• May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• AHA certifications required
• License required if applicable
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• Proficiency with Cardiac Cath Lab procedures including IR, Impella, IABP, PCI, and atherectomy

Additional Information

• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates who are employed full time elsewhere are not eligible
• Located in Lake Havasu City, AZ — within driving distance of Las Vegas (2.5 hrs), Phoenix (3.25 hrs), and the Grand Canyon (3.5 hrs)
• Area offers outdoor recreation including fishing, golfing, swimming, and hiking, as well as scenic mountain and lake views
