About the Role:

Rossi NP LLC is looking for a passionate and hardworking Pizza team member to join our crew in New Port Richey, FL! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fun, fast-paced kitchen environment where quality and great food come first. If you love pizza and take pride in your craft, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications
• Stretch, top, and bake pizza dough to consistent quality standards
• Operate pizza ovens and monitor cooking times and temperatures
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with ingredient prep, stocking, and inventory management
• Provide fast and friendly service to ensure a great customer experience
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members during peak hours

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a pizza kitchen, restaurant, or food service environment preferred
• Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and dough handling is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
