Maintenance Director

Meadow Grove, a skilled nursing facility located in Grove City, OH, is seeking a qualified Maintenance Director to join our facility. As Director you will be engaged with the Administrator to complete short- and long-term tasks. At Meadow Grove, the successful candidate will interact with residents daily while maintaining regulatory obligations to the Ohio Department of Health and NFPA Guidelines. The Director will be responsible for meeting all Life Safety guidelines, NFPA regulations, and ODH expectations. Our facility can access regional resources to enable growth while allowing our facility to operate autonomously. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Life Safety guidelines, NFPA regulations, and Ohio Department of Health expectations. Collaborate with the Administrator on short- and long-term maintenance tasks. Engage with residents while maintaining a safe, compliant facility.
