• Schedule : Flexible 12- or 24-hour in-house shifts, working 120-168 hours per month. Perfect for balancing career and life (or catching up on your favorite Netflix shows).

• Zero On-Call : No 2 a.m. phone calls about contractions (unless it's your family).
