This role is instrumental in leading, managing, and coordinating all phases of construction projects from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment on a variety of challenging projects and to play a key role in shaping the built environment. Responsibilities Oversee all stages of project life‑cycle management, including project planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Develop and implement project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress to ensure objectives are met. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand and adhere to job site safety standards. Review work progress daily and resolve emerging issues. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals. Conduct regular safety inspections and meetings, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on safety management. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field is preferred. Proven experience managing all phases of construction projects from conception to completion. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in construction management software. In‑depth understanding of construction safety regulations and procedures. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and keen eye for detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong commitment to safety, with ability to influence a positive safety culture. Valid certification in OSHA training or similar is a plus.
