Customer Success Associate

Do you nerd out on the little things? Have a keen eye for design and enjoy problem-solving? We are looking for a detail-oriented, computer-savvy, people-person to join our Customer Success team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service: responding to inbound inquiries and facilitating orders via phone and email, facilitating in-person meetings, and following up on inquiries and quotes Read Work Orders, P.O.’s, and client emails to establish design requirements Analyze client needs and create quotes and in-house work orders for printing, embroidery, and external partners Manage office tasks, such as organizing data, generating reports and presentations, assisting with scheduling, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient Manages and delegate tasks to the Remote Assistant and Customer Success Agents Work in conjunction with Pre-Production, Production Manager, Dark Room Tech, Embroidery Department and Shipping & Receiving department Report to Operations Manager & ownership

REQUIREMENTS

Experience using G Suite or office. Spreadsheets are a must! Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator preferred

COMMITMENT

40 hours/week, Monday through Friday Ability to work overtime when needed This is an in-office position

COMPENSATION

$20-$30/hour medical insurance with employer match after 30-day probationary period 401k eligibility with employer match after 1 year 40 hours PTO after 6 months of employment up to 11 days of employer-designated holidays paid per year The customer success job itself is very different from traditional sales roles. While both are customer-facing in nature, sales is focused on transactions and upsells, while customer success is focused on client growth and adoption.
