Shift Manager

Remington Park Racing and Casino

Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Supervise all casino staff on shift, ensuring adherence to professional standards and operational efficiency. This includes training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service across all areas of operation. The shift manager will address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering a positive environment.
Game Monitoring: Oversee all gaming activities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This includes monitoring game operations and interactions between staff and patrons.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations concerning gaming and employment.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Work collaboratively with all other departments to ensure seamless operations, enhancing efficiency and guest experience across the casino.

Professionalism: The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of professionalism, with the ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills are essential, with a proven track record of motivating and guiding teams to exceed their goals.

Problem-Solving: Must have excellent problem-solving skills, capable of making quick and effective decisions.
Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this role.
