Requisition #: 76302 The Role at a Glance We are excited to bring on a motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to our Workspace Solutions – Salesforce and CRM Center of Excellence team. In this role, you will help carry out the GP and RPS Salesforce Strategy through dedicated agile pods working on prioritized projects for multiple Salesforce platforms. You will consult/analyze and deliver on project specific assignments and act as a resource to applicable internal stakeholders. You will also consult and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and validate business solutions that meet their needs, goals, and objectives. What You'll Be Doing Development of Salesforce CRM requirements: planning, prioritization, scope, effort estimations and traceability to downstream and upstream teams/applications Consult, collaborate, and serve as a resource to team members and key internal and/or external stakeholders to elicit more complex business issues, determine root cause(s), and capture business needs Determine more complex best practices and suggest how to improve current practices Partner with and ensure consistent/effective communication with agile pod and peer teams Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality of assigned area(s) Act as liaison between Business and IT partners ensuring clear understanding of user stories and business requirements for design Management of User Licensing and Provisioning within the Salesforce platform Triage cases that consist of additional user support, training needs, enhancement requests, and large projects Qualifications Must-Haves 3-5+ plus years of experience in business analysis; project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure and meeting deadlines 3-5+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (4+ years of experience that aligns with the duties of the role) Ability to define problems, analyze complex information, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and solutions Strong collaborator and communicator Demonstrates strong project management leadership skills with the capacity to manage and drive multiple efforts of work simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment Nice-to-Haves User acceptance testing experience Agile methodology experience Application Deadline Applications for this position will be accepted through 9/1/26, subject to earlier closure due to applicant volume. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
