Senior Manager, Strategy & Project Marketing

Responsibilities Partner with the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, NA on marketing planning, prioritization, and execution across key initiatives Drive coordination across teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and strong follow-through Help manage high-priority initiatives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment Analyze marketing performance across all programs to identify key insights, areas of excellence, trends, and opportunities Conduct targeted analyses to support strategic decision‑making and improve market effectiveness Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership Develop concise, high‑quality presentations and materials for senior leadership Synthesize complex information into clear, structured narratives and recommendations Support preparation for leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions Remain current on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices relevant to marketing and communications Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and ways of working through new tools, smarter processes, and evolving ways of working Requirements 5+ years of experience in consulting, marketing strategy, or a highly analytical role Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear, actionable outputs Strong communication skills and professional presence Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high expectation environment Able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Bachelor's degree required (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field). Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in marketing strategy and performance analysis, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
