We’re looking for a steady, reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) who enjoys keeping a home running smoothly and being a positive presence for three friendly, self‐sufficient young adult women. They do great with simple reminders and light support. The ideal candidate has a strong history of reliability and long‐term commitment in past roles, showing dedication, follow‐through, and sincerity in their work. Please we are only able to consider applicants that have employment history of experience in this field.

What your DSP role is:
• Offer routine reminders to help keep daily schedules on track
• Assist with light household tasks
• Prep simple lunches for the next day’s program
• Support with medication assistance (training provided)
• Keep the afternoon flowing smoothly with consistency and follow‐through

Someone mature, grounded, and confident in daily routines.
People who have managed a home or raised a family often adapt naturally here, bringing a steady presence and practical day‐to‐day skills.
You should be able to:
• Step in with gentle assertiveness when needed
• Be a self‐starter who doesn’t need constant direction
• Follow established routines and keep to a schedule
• Maintain a warm, steady presence in the home

About the home:
The women are independent, easygoing, and only need reminders and light assistance. Staff communicate well and support each other so the shift stays smooth and predictable.

Schedule & Requirements:
Monday–Friday, 2pm–6pm, Willing to take course offered to better your skills, Fingerprint/TB clearance. MUST live in the surrounding area (TO, SV, CAM).
