As a License Contract Specialist, you’ll support the processing of new and prospective agents’ licensing, certifications, and compliance documentation to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, process, and maintain agent contracts
• Submit applications, forms, and required fees for agent resident and non‑resident licenses
• Notify company leaders regarding applicant approvals or rejections
• Maintain organized, compliant files—including correspondence, records, and regulatory reports
• Oversee consumer report billing, state insurance renewals, and renewal billing
• Provide backup support for New Business submissions
