RN - MedSurg

Registered Nurse - MedSurg/General Surgery

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shifts available: 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Candidates must be willing to work weekends and participate in holiday and call rotations.

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our MedSurg/General Surgery unit. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of experience in a similar setting and possess the necessary certifications. This position requires a commitment to high-quality patient care as well as participation in emergency response during hurricane season.

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the MedSurg/General Surgery unit.

Care for a varied patient population, including those recovering from surgery and other medical conditions.

Manage patient care including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.

Facilitate positive patient experience scores and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Participate in call rotation and respond to emergency situations as required.

Active South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.

BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

At least three years of nursing experience in a MedSurg/General Surgery setting.

Prior charge experience preferred.
