Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

Days (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) with rotating weekends.

The Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg setting. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medications, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure effective treatment.

Conduct thorough patient assessments and formulate individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

Document patient care activities and communicate effectively with medical teams.

Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Current RN license.

Certification in NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS is required.

Experience in Med Surg nursing.

Permanent address must be located 50 miles or more from the facility.
