Minimum 1+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist experience and ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Imaging professional specializing in IR Tech responsibilities to provide expert support in a dynamic clinical environment. This contract position focuses on hybrid OR/IR vascular procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging support for a wide range of interventional radiology cases.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IR Tech, including vascular imaging procedures
• Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT) required, with IR credentialing strongly preferred
• Proficient with hybrid operating room imaging equipment and protocols
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety, QA, and sterile techniques
• Familiarity with modern vascular and interventional radiology techniques
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and skilled at maintaining professionalism in fast-paced settings
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

Schedule:

• Schedule and hours will align with clinical needs and may involve daytime, evening, or on-call shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and assist with imaging duties during vascular and interventional radiology procedures in both hybrid OR and IR suites
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced imaging equipment, ensuring optimal image quality for procedural guidance
• Prepare and maintain sterile procedural areas, supporting physician and clinical staff during interventions
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and thorough documentation of patient and procedure details
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, radiation safety standards, and infection control protocols
• Serve as a resource for cross-functional teams by sharing imaging expertise and promoting best practices

$2,580 - $2,720/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
