Job Description

• Coordinate and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or changes.
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to meet project timelines.
• Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
