This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.

RequirementDescription:

• 2+ years recent Med Surg/Tele experience - [REQUIRED]
• 2+ years experience working with stroke patients, listed on resume - [REQUIRED]
• Must be willing to take Telemetry patients as needed - [REQUIRED]
• Must have active NIHSS Certification upon submission - [REQUIRED]
• Must be willing to take mRs/SIREN Certification within 48 hours if offered - [REQUIRED]
• Must be willing to take Basic EKG and score 85% or higher within 48 hours if offered - [REQUIRED]
• FLU VACCINATION REQUIRED - DECLINATIONS NOT APPROVED - [ REQUIRED]
• COVID REQUIRED - DECLINATIONS NOT APPROVED - MUST BE STATE RECORED - [REQUIRED]
• Candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be accepted! Must be willing to work facilities schedule - [REQUIRED]
