LEADMAN – METAL MANUFACTURING
???? Fort Worth, TX
???? Pay: Up to $26.00/hr
???? Full-Time | Metal Manufacturing | MON-FRI | 2pm - 10pm
- Lead and direct daily production activities.
- MUST be a CNC machinist who can either start as a lead or has potential to become a lead. A CNC machinist / machinist lead.
- Supervise and support production employees.
- Assign work and monitor productivity.
- Train employees on equipment, processes, and safety procedures.
- Ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot production and equipment issues.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Communicate production updates and concerns to management.
- Assist with hands-on production duties as needed.
- Previous leadership experience in metal manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Ability to lead and motivate a production team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
