Job Details Position Description: This RN position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care for pediatric patients, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and professional standards. Responsibilities include reviewing patient history and diagnostics, formulating care plans, coordinating with team members, and educating patients and families. Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and a minimum of one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months. Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: This role involves direct patient care in a high-acuity pediatric intensive care environment, requiring physical mobility, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
