Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes to enable growth and conversion activity at customers and prospects. Identify and address inefficiencies to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction. Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide strategic insights to senior leadership and the support functions to drive decision-making. Collaborate with peers to ensure that technology solutions support the team's goals and improve operational efficiency. Serve as a key liaison between functional support teams. Ensure alignment on customer goals and facilitate seamless collaboration across the organization. Oversee the collection and analysis of customer feedback. Lead efforts to implement improvements based on insights gained, driving customer satisfaction and retention. Partner with I&I segment management and Sales Teams in the development of forecasting and capacity planning to ensure the team is appropriately resourced to meet customer needs. Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies, tailoring approaches to different customer groups to enhance their success and satisfaction. 20% domestic travel with some international travel as needed. Hybrid work permitted.Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Management, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Information Technology or a related field and Ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Position requires experience with the following: Sales operations, strategic programs, or data analytics with a focus on channel management, EDI, and POS data; Working with incentive plans, sales channels, sales quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs); Building dashboards, interpreting data, delivering executive presentations, and working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI; Experience with CRM/ERP systems, such as Salesforce and SAP.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementSiemens is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging inclusion in the workplace.
