Sr. Quality Analyst

The company serves the Northeast and Mid‑Atlantic markets and is expanding across the U.S. Job Description Purpose of the Job: Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts and evaluate current industry standard testing analysis techniques and best practices. Solve a wide range of difficult problems pertaining to system testing and quality assurance processes in imaginative and practical ways. Essential Functions Develop Test Plans, Scenarios, Cases and Scripts. Execute Test Scenarios, Cases and Scripts. Apply industry standard testing techniques. Apply internal processes and procedures. Demonstrate understanding of insurance and technical requirements. Validate and analyze expected and unexpected results. Ensure proper documentation of defects and resolutions. Direct the work of others. Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent certificate. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, mathematics, business, or related field, or four years of relevant experience in the software testing field. Occupational Requirements The position is physically comfortable and has discretion about walking, standing, sitting, etc. No adverse working or environmental conditions expected. Essentially normal office environment with acceptable lighting and temperature. Compensation and Location All Locations (Omaha, NE; Albany, NY; and League City, TX): $79,764.00 – $100,368.00. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and aligned to the level at which the candidate is hired. This is a 100% in‑office position requiring consistent on‑site presence to support collaboration and real‑time decision‑making.
