- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, suppliers, and customers to deliver complete Quality Assurance support across fabrication, assembly, and testing.
- Review and approve critical technical documentation, including product drawings, Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs), process plans, FAIRs, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Drive failure analysis, Customer RMAs, non-conforming material controls (MRB), and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) to continuously optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure full adherence to Our Client's Quality Management System (AS9100) and support internal and customer audits.
- Develop product quality plans, PFMEAs, and KPI tracking systems to elevate product quality and operational performance across Our Client.
