Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Clinical Research Coordinator I assists Principal Investigators and other study team members in the coordination and conduct of clinical research studies for the Transplant and Cellular Therapy and Leukemia and Lymphoma programs. Responsibilities include supporting clinical trials involving CAR-T therapy, gene therapy, other therapeutic treatments, and observational and registry studies; assisting with subject recruitment, data collection, scheduling study-related activities, and conducting follow-up with enrolled participants to ensure protocol compliance and successful study execution.

Our team oversees the coordination of clinical trials within the Transplant and Cellular Therapy and Leukemia and Lymphoma groups at CHLA. We support a diverse portfolio of research studies, including CAR T-cell therapies, gene therapies, novel therapeutic interventions, and observational and registry studies designed to advance patient care and treatment outcomes

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 1+ years of experience in clinical trial coordination or computerized databases.

Education/Licensure/Certifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

• Bachelor's degree in related scientific field preferred.

• Certified clinical research associate/coordinator preferred.

Pay Scale Information

USD $65,520.00 - USD $87,360.00

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
