We are seeking a meticulous and growth-oriented Loan Processor to join a collaborative team in Mendota Heights. In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless loan administration and compliance, empowering you to develop highly sought-after financial service skills in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Coordinate & Implement: Oversee the booking of new loans and analyze booking trends to provide actionable guidance to the leadership team.

• Ensure Compliance: Meticulously review installment loan files for completeness, ensuring strict adherence to state, federal, and internal regulatory requirements.

• Build Relationships: Communicate empathetically and professionally with internal teams, third-party vendors, and customers to resolve issues, finalize files, and establish payment plans.

• Optimize Workflows: Drive operational efficiency by managing the receipt, scanning, and indexing of loan documents utilizing Microsoft Excel and internal reporting systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of Loan origination and knowledge of structuring, and servicing with SAP experience.  (Note: Demonstarted data processing and organizational skills qualify you, even if you are newer to loan processing!)

• Ability to clearly construct and articulate the mechanics of an amortization schedule.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a steadfast commitment to precision in data management.

• Exceptional customer service capabilities and high-level professional communication skills.
